'A pretty good hotel overall! The location is convenient — there are food options on both sides, so finding something to eat is easy. There’s even a Mixue (ice cream & drinks) nearby, which is super convenient for a quick treat. Great for a short stay or a transit stop. Recommended!'

'Receptionist has moved to level 1 for check in, spacious & nice place . The WiFi is in the room is not strong , can’t be used , messages kept loading . As the room coverage is already poor , I would suggest to improve or upgrade for the WiFi .'

'고속도로 출구와 가까워서 편리합니다. 시내 중심까지 10~15분 정도 걸립니다. 호텔 앞에 주차 공간도 넉넉합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 침대도 편안합니다. 하지만 에어컨이 시원하게 나오려면 시간이 꽤 걸립니다. 냉장고도 없고, 일회용 칫솔과 치약도 없어서 직접 가져와야 합니다. 3인용 2베드룸에 저렴한 가격을 고려하면 전반적으로 괜찮습니다.'

'Saya sangat berpuas hati . Dari kemudahan check in yg mudah , parking disediakan utk 2 biji kereta . Naik dan buka pintu rumah terkejut tngok ruang rumah yg luas , bersih dan wangi . 'My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated that made us feel right at home. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable dining table, bedding, hairdryer, heaters, Wi-Fi, and most importantly, excellent water pressure! The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door. The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times. Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!'

'Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling. The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much. Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving. One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay. All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!'
